A consolidated view of your investment property
An investment property often has multiple owners. The Property Report will consolidate the numbers from the various tax entities that own it.
This is a profit and loss report showing the rental income, loan interest and other maintenance expenses as well as deductible depreciation.
We'll also record the important information for your property including capital expenses such as the purchase price, stamp duty and solicitors fees - everything you need to report a capital gain should you sell.
We will maintain the borrowing establishment expenses, depreciation items and their written down value.
